The Folly Reach

Brief.

BrayFoxSmith commissioned us to deliver a brand identity and marketing brochure for the sale of the Folly Reach development site, situated along the river Medina in Cowes, Isle of Wight. The proposed development on a 35-acre mixed-use site includes 99 new contemporary homes, a 4-star hotel, and 14 business units.

Solution.

The branding drew inspiration from four key elements of the Isle of Wight's DNA: sailing, sunshine, water, and the ongoing development. The bespoke typeface took inspiration from sails using angular shape to form its characters. The colour palette focussed around the theme of water, reflecting the site's location on the river Medina, with accents of yellow to enhance the vibrant scheme.
