Question 1

What is Friends of Mine (FOM)?

Accepted Answer

Friends of Mine (FOM) is a London-based 360 creative marketing agency. We're a small core team backed by a global network of specialists, creating ideas with energy for brands including H&M, Travelex, Lindt, Little Moons and Google, from brand identity and campaigns to film, animation and websites.

Question 2

What does a 360 creative marketing agency do?

Accepted Answer

Being 360 means we handle every part of an end-to-end marketing or branding campaign: strategy and ideation, brand identity, film and animation, websites, out-of-home, social and paid media. One team takes your campaign from the first idea to the finished film, site and media plan.

Question 3

What services does FOM offer?

Accepted Answer

Our services include brand strategy and identity, integrated campaigns, art direction, video production and editing, brand films, motion graphics and animation, social content, Webflow and WordPress websites, UI and UX design, API integrations, out-of-home and digital out-of-home advertising, point of sale, photography, paid media and generative AI.

Question 4

What does “ideas with energy” mean?

Accepted Answer

It's how we describe the work we aim for: ideas that don't just reflect your brand's passion but put it to work. They're built on strong relationships and sharp strategy, and designed to energise your business, your brand and your audience.

Question 5

Which industries do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Our clients span food and drink, retail and fashion, financial services and insurance, property, events, sport and technology. Recent work includes projects for Little Moons, Campari Group, H&M, Travelex, Vitesse, OnePlan and RAISE Summit.

Question 6

Do you build websites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design and build websites in Webflow and WordPress, from brand showcase sites to custom CMS builds with API integrations, such as the postcode search, careers and events feeds we built for Fennies Nurseries' 25 nurseries.

Question 7

Do you use generative AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Generative AI is one of our studio services, and we use it where it genuinely adds value to a project, working alongside our design, film and animation craft rather than replacing it.

Question 8

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Every project is scoped to the brief, so costs vary with what's involved. Because we build a team around each job rather than carrying a large fixed staff, you only pay for the skills your project needs. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll put together a proposal.

Question 9

How do I start working with FOM?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@fomstudio.co.uk with a little about your brand and what you'd like to achieve. We'll arrange a conversation to understand your business, then come back with our thinking and a proposal.
